Shipping and Delivery Policy - Indian School Talent Search Exam (ISTSE)
This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines the procedures related to the dispatch and delivery of study materials,
certificates, medals, and shields for both online and offline ISTSE examinations. By registering for the ISTSE examination,
you agree to the terms outlined below, along with those in our Terms & Condition, Privacy and Cancellation and Return Policy.
1. Shipping of Model Papers
Online Exam
- Students registering for the online ISTSE exam through
www.istse.org have the option to purchase
downloadable model papers during the registration process.
- These model papers are provided in digital format only and will be available for download after successful payment.
- No physical delivery is applicable for online model papers.
Offline Exam (Through School)
- Students registering through schools for the offline ISTSE exam can choose to purchase
printed model paper booklets during registration.
- Printed booklets will be shipped in bulk to the registered school for all participating students.
- The school is responsible for collecting and distributing the booklets to students.
2. Shipping of Certificates, Medals, and Shields
Offline Exam
- Eligible students (based on performance) will receive certificates, medals, or shields.
- These items will be shipped in bulk to the respective schools.
- The school is responsible for distributing the items to the winners.
Online Exam
- Eligible students must fill out a form providing their full address and mobile number to claim their certificate, medal, or shield.
- After verification, items will be shipped via courier/post to the provided address.
3. Returned or Undelivered Shipments
- ISTSE is not responsible for shipments returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Unreachable contact number
- Delivery to an unintended recipient
- In such cases, students must fill a Resend Request Form and pay a reshipping fee ranging from
₹750 to ₹2,000, based on the contents (certificate, medal, shield).
